Oligodon rhombifer Werner, 1924, a Junior Synonym of Oligodon ancorus (Girard, 1857) (Reptilia: Squamata: Colubridae)

Abstract


Re-examination of the type specimens of Oligodon rhombifer Werner, 1924, showed that these do not differ from Oligodon ancorus (Girard, 1857), suggesting the former taxon to be a synonym of the latter.
